US Arab Radio Case Study
U.S. Arab Media is considered a network for providing news, information and entertainment across multiple media platforms, serving consumers and advertisers in strong local markets, primarily in the United States.The network needed rebranding and improving for its digital presence. The radio station required a new and improved web presence that would engage the sector; first to reach a broad band of audience, second for the radio and its unique programs.
The Challenge
- The different time zone.
- Lack of face to face interaction with the client.
- New scope of work (media).
- A critical success factor in designing the radio’s website and social channels that would be speaking to people within the sector.
The network was previously called “US Cham Media”. US Cham Radio had a website, facebook and twitter accounts. Also the radio had a youtube channel. Our team developed this strategy for “Rebranding”.
The Strategy
As with any new website design, a solid foundation of understanding is the essential first step. Early stage was “research”, taking the time to fully comprehend the business and main requirements.
This research consisted of:
- Collecting data about the Radio.
- In-depth regular meeting with the team through Skype.
- A data and marketplace review.

Applying the strategy developed, yielded a number of key features that was noticeable
- The name was changed from “US Cham Radio” to “US Arab Radio”.
- A new youtube channel was created.
- A new audio channel was introduced “Soundcloud”.
- New social channels were introduced (Instagram,Pinterest).
- A new and attractive content was created for both the website and social channels.
